Het landen in je lijf.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Mijn naam is Julia Mangnus, en ik geef Qigong-les in Breda.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><b>Meer over Qigong<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Qigong (ook wel geschreven als Chi Kung of Qi gong) is een bewegingsvorm die zijn oorsprong heeft in de TCM, de traditionele Chinese gezondheidsleer, een eeuwenoude natuurgeneeskunde.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Zo werkt het met Yin en Yang, met de drie krachten (Shen,Chi en Jing), met de vijf elementen (Water, Hout, Vuur, Aarde en Metaal) met bijbehorende orgaanparen en meridiaanstelsel. Al deze aspecten komen terug in de bewegingen, die vaak in series worden beoefend. Aangepast aan de seizoenen en\/of specifieke klachten.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Door met zachte aandacht bepaalde bewegingen te maken en houdingen aan te nemen bevorder je de energiestroom.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Niet alleen je lichaam wordt er gezonder,sterker en soepeler van; ook op emotioneel gebied brengt het balans, en de geest komt tot rust.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Qigong lessen<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Qigong is vrij eenvoudig te leren. Je hoeft vooraf niets te weten, je hoeft niet iets te kunnen of ergens \u201cgoed\u201d in te zijn, je hoeft alleen te doen en te ervaren.
